Abstract & Document Submission
Abstract submission deadline is September 18th 2025. We will respond ASAP so that you have ample time to make travel arrangements and apply for conference and travel funding.
International participants:
October 6 University requires that all international participants provide a copy of their passport. This is a routine security measure mandated by the institution, and we assure you that all personal information will be handled with the utmost confidentiality. This requirement does not apply to Egyptian participants. International presenters joining virtually must still submit a scanned copy of their passport, a recent photo, and a detailed CV. Additionally, if an international family member or friend is attending the conference in person, they must also provide a copy of their passport, complete the attendee registration form, and pay the required registration fee.We thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we follow university protocols to ensure a safe and smoothly coordinated event.
Online presentations:
Even though we have an online presentation option, we do encourage and prefer in-person participation. Please note that we have limited spots available for online presentations. Your proposal stands a stronger chance of being accepted if you are able to attend in person. Online presenters will be required to submit a pre-recorded video of their presentation in advance to safeguard against technological issues. However, you must still be available live during your session for the Q&A portion. Please also note that registration fees are the same for in-person and virtual participants, as coordinating hybrid participation requires additional logistical work for the organizing committee. Your conference participation certificate will indicate whether you presented in person or online.
